Guided ("we," "us") builds an AI tutoring product for children and their families. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect account information you provide (parent/guardian name, email, child's age), lesson activity needed to personalize learning, and, when used, homework images submitted for guidance.

Homework images

Homework images are processed to provide guidance and are not retained afterward. They are not used to train models or shared with third parties.

No advertising or tracking

We do not run advertising and do not share student data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data hosting

Student data is hosted in Canada.

Parental controls

Parents can review their child's account, request data deletion, and receive safety notifications when appropriate.
